What do these five areas mean?
Each area looks at a different part of speaking. Read the simple explanation and example below, then look at your score. A score closer to 5 means you reported doing those things more often.
Scores range from 1 (almost never) to 5 (almost always). Higher scores mean you reported using these behaviors more often. They do not measure performance observed by a coach.
How your scores are calculated
Each area's score is the average of its rated answers. “Not sure” contributes no points and is excluded from the average. An area needs at least two rated answers. The overall score is the average of the scored areas, with each area weighted equally. A partial score is labeled with its coverage. Tied strengths and focus areas are shown together.
